2016 Tales of Pendragon

Updated: Mar 1

Join us for a journey into the mythic past to tell stories from long ago, when Britain was emerging from Roman occupation to become a nation.

Jousting and romance were popular sports, and nascent Christianity grew alongside and sometimes struggled against ancient pagan ways.

New kingdoms strove to consolidate power, yet in the strange wild places practitioners of old magic, both foul and fair, still wove their enchantments.

High chivalry took its place alongside base treachery, and war was the commonplace pursuit of nobles everywhere.

In Tales of Pendragon, you will tell these stories by becoming the characters therein.

You will play many characters during the course of the game.

You might be King Lot in one tale, a goodly Hermit in another, and a terrible Monster in a third.
As your actions determine one story’s outcome, collectively all will determine the saga of King Arthur.

Will Lancelot and Guenevere betray their sovereign?
Will the Round table be broken?
Will Mordred come to hate his father?

As go the people of Britain, so goes the saga of her great heroes.

TALES OF PENDRAGON
WAS RUN SEPTEMBER 2-4, 2016
IN NEWARK, DELAWARE.
PLEASE VISIT THE GAME WEBSITE HERE FOR MORE DETAILS!

Setting the Scene  – One of our best sets ever!  Thanks to Brandon for the backdrops, Mike for the trees, Renee for her genious and hardwork, and Chuck for helping make it all happen!

And on to the players. Here's a walk down memory lane. (As always, we are happy to take down any photos which make you unhappy. Just send an email to thewilmarkdynasty@gmail.com).

The first lot I suspect were mostly photographed by Maggie and Mike. Also, it looks like Erin and Daniel got married about eight times... ;)

And, we were treated to a divine feast:

These shots were shared by John Mina

This set was shared by wonderful Paul.

And, a last few shots of us goofing off OOC. Including my drug-dazed self (no more caves of doom for Lissy.) A good time was had by all.
