• Please use ONLY the link provided to book within our block for this event.

  • With the exception of suites (which will go fast), we have a number of room types included in our block. But please note: there are limited #s of each room type/dates available (particularly if you're coming early or staying into Monday). If you go through the link and what you are looking for isn't there, please e-mail us and we'll see if the hotel can expand/accommodate (and avoid third party sites, see below).

  • WE DO NOT RECOMMEND trying to book your room through an alternative service such as Expedia, Travelocity, etc. Neither we nor the staff at the Comfort Inn are able to help with any reservations made with services outside the hotel reservation link/block. (There will also be limited availability on those sites because the hotel has reserved the rooms for our block.)

  • If you need special accommodation, we're happy to help with your reservation! Please e-mail us.

• ​Rates range from $109-140/night (before taxes/ fees), depending on which nights/ room type selected.

  • Note that the link defaults to a Thursday-Monday stay. You'll need to use the "EDIT" button (PC) or the Yellow Arrow by the dates (mobile) to adjust the dates to match your stay (see sample images below).​

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Rooms are fully cancellable up to 48 hours before your first night's stay. Please contact us immediately if you do need to cancel so we can update our files. Thank you!

• Location Information:​

  • The Comfort Inn & Suites is located close to the Philadelphia Airport (PHL), about 18 miles away, and within the vicinity of some Amtrak/Train Stations (Wilmington DE, Philadelphia PA, local SEPTA at Wawa Station).

  • However, the hotel is NOT reachable without some kind of car transportation/ rideshare/taxi service from these locations. We recommend planning your transportation ahead of the weekend. We have also had people post in our Discord/Facebook for rideshares (DC, MA, NJ, etc.) or rides from the airport. ​​​​​
