RelaxiCon 2026:

Refund Policy​

Full refunds, minus a $20 processing fee, will be given for cancellations made three (3) weeks prior to the start of the event.  

 

For Relaxicon 2026, the Deadline Date for a Full Refund is March 20, 2026.

 

For cancellations after this deadline date, no refunds will be issued automatically. Partial refunds may be granted upon request. Such requests will be handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the Wilmark Council. If the request is granted, please allow up to four (4) weeks to receive any partial refund as we will not be able to process a refund until after the convention is over.

 

Note that the Covid/Illness policy for a full refund, minus the fee, will still be honored for this event. (Please don’t attend if you’re sick.)

To notify us of a cancellation and a request for a full or partial refund, please email us. Please include the reason for your cancellation if you are requesting a refund.
