Wilmark Dynasty events have always been a Labor of Love.
From awesome folks who cooked the feasts in our Melanda days, to prop and costume making masters who get our panicked pleas pre-event, to the jolly cavalry who roll up and help create the magical decorations on Thursday/Friday, and everyone who gets in there to help us clean up on Sundays! We are always thankful for anyone who's willing to put in that elbow grease to get these volunteer events going!

Volunteer Opportunities
1. Fill out our General Volunteer Form!
Whether you're interested in helping out with Production (props/decoration/ making our events look good), Social Media/Communications (helping out or running Discord events, or other tech skills like webdev), pre-event prep/event committees, and/or bringing a variety of other skills that maybe we didn't even know we needed...
Fill out the form (click the button below) and let us know what you'd like to help with!
2: Volunteer during an event!
You can select "yes" to the "I am interested in volunteering!" question on our event Registration Forms. We will reach out to anyone who selected this option to discuss shifts/projects that you can help with during the weekend!
Event Volunteers are not just offering their labor for fun; you also get an opportunity to take part in our Rebate Program! For a certain number of hours per event volunteered, you can get a rebate on your registration for that event, or a discounted fee on a future event.
