REGISTRATION FOR LABOR DAY WEEKEND 2023

 

Every attendee at our Labor Day Weekend 2023 event MUST fill in the Registration Form.

Registration Fees:

On the Rocks LARP:   $125
(includes all social hours throughout the weekend and full access on Sunday)

On the Rocks LARP Payment in Full:   $125* (Paypal Link)

On the Rocks LARP: $50 non-refundable deposit** (Paypal Link)

BALANCE PAYMENT $75 (PAYPAL LINK)

You must pay for the LARP and fill out the REGISTRATION FORM to receive the CASTING FORM. 

To be included in the First Round of Casting, please submit your payment and form by June 30th.

*$125 LARP Pass includes a non-refundable deposit of $50. 

If you drop out of the convention after June 30th, you will forfeit this deposit amount, unless the committee deems you have been sufficiently replaced by another attendee.

**If you opt to pay the Deposit Only, your balance of $75 must be paid in full by July 31st.
