RelaxiCon 2026
Event Information
When:
Friday April 10th at 7pm through Sunday April 12th at 3pm
There will be 5 game periods for games throughout the weekend; your registration gets you access to sign up for scheduled events, including LARPs, TTRPGs/Table Top Roleplaying Games, the Board Game Room (sponsored by The Days of Knights), Social Events, snacks, drinks, and water stations.
Note: we occasionally have events like Magic the Gathering Drafts via The Days of Knights that may include an additional cost (you get to keep your deck!)
These will be very clearly noted in the game blurb when you sign up.

Where:
Comfort Inn and Suites, Glen Mills PA
(If you've attended any of the 2024 or 2025 events, its the same hotel.)

How Much?
Registration/Badge fees will be the same as last year, as below:
Standard Badge $125
Sponsor Badge $150
Newcomer/Concessions Badge $75
Hotel Rooms will also be around the same cost as 2025,
though there may be up to a 5% cost increase due to inflation and changing tax rates.

We expect to open Registration in early 2026!
We're trying something a little different this year by having the game schedule ready before Registration.
So if you know you're coming and want to submit a game, see below!

Want to submit a LARP, TableTop Roleplaying Game, Board Game, or Social Event?
Game Submissions
For this RelaxiCon 2026, we are seeking:

LARPs (3-4 hours, 5-25 players)
Roleplaying and cosplaying with pre-designed characters in fictional setting
​

TTRPGs (3-4 hours, 5-7 players)
Dungeons and Dragons (1e to 5e 2024) or other system one-shot adventures
​

Board Game Events (1-3 hours, 4-20 players)
Examples: Board or card game tournaments, game demos, something with a big set-up, etc.

Social Events (up to 4 hours, 1-??? players)
Examples: Werewolf/Mafia games, Improv or Quiz Shows, Tea Party/Prom, etc.

Please note that we may select games based on how they will suit the various hotel spaces, schedule needs, and other possible considerations for the event.
