What is RelaxiCon?​

 

RelaxiCon is a fun, "relaxing" gaming convention annually held each Spring by the Wilmark Dynasty. Running from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon, it is filled with TableTop RPGs, LARPs, a Board Game Room, and Social Events!  We found we didn't get enough time to "relax" and socialize during our full weekend Labor Day LARP event, thus RelaxiCon was born.

 

Take part in as much or as little as you prefer. Sign up ahead of the weekend for games in any (or every) game period, or just come and see which games are open/looking for players! Wanna just hang out and play/learn a board game? Or bring your Magic/Yu-Gi-Oh deck just in case? We've even had people knit or embroider while hanging out. The amount of "Relax" in RelaxiCon is up to you!​​

What's the Schedule Like?
There will be 5 Game Periods, with the Registration desk available earlier on Friday. The general schedule is:

7:00-7:30 pm Opening Ceremony

8:00 pm Board Game Room Opens

8:00 pm-Midnight Friday Night Games

April 11th, 2026

9:00-10:00 am - Newbie Mixer!

10:00 am - Board Game Room Opens

10:00 am-2:00pm - Saturday Morning Games

2:00-3:00 pm - Lunch Break

3:00-7:00 pm Saturday Afternoon Games

7:00-8:00 pm Dinner Break

The Council is "offline" as of 4pm on Sunday. However! Folks can often be found hanging out and doing light board gaming and socializing on Sunday evening after we clean up. While this is not an official game time arranged by The Council, you'd be welcome to hang out if the event space is available!

Can anyone run a game?

Anyone can run at game at RelaxiCon 2026! However, Game Submissions are currently on Waitlist basis, see the page for more information. Note that, as always, the Board Game Room is always available for pick-up games of any kind!

How do I sign up for games??
Once you've Registered/Paid, you'll receive a link to the Game Schedule and be able to access the GM's contact information to sign up. You'll e-mail them with your interest, and wait to hear if you're in! They may send you additional questions, forms, and/or updates before the event.

Topic: Food/Drink/Venue​

Is there food on-site?
We will be providing snacks and water stations (see below). The hotel does have an Indian restaurant attached. (Unfortunately, the Dunkin Donuts has closed.) There is not much within walking distance.

 

We recommend searching Google Maps around the venue (Address: 1110 Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills, PA) for other food options; there are many options within driving or delivery range.

You can and should order for yourself or in small groups.
Please plan to meet your delivery person in the lobby when possible to avoid confusion with the front desk/other guest deliveries (we almost stole someone else's pizza one year, oops!)

​

Water Stations?  Snacks?  Coolers?

Yes, we will have water stations. However, we will only be providing a very small amount of disposable cups; please plan to bring a water cup or bottle from home.

We will also be providing a small selection of snacks, fruit, seltzers, and sodas. (Please note that we try our best to provide a variety, but we cannot guarantee accommodation of allergies or dietary issues; please snack safely!)
 

You may also bring your own snacks & drinks; please keep items limited to a bag/cooler. We may designated a table to tuck away your coolers.
 

Please Note:  No Glass Containers are permitted in the Main Event Space, including inside coolers.​

Will there be a Styx this year?

Sadly, no.  Having lost the use of the Auditorium, we are giving Amateur Night at the Styx a rest this year.

​

Will there be a Sing-a-long this year?

We will have to gauge the possibility of a small song circle on Saturday Night after Midnight, and will make an announcement during the event.
