At this time, our Game Schedule is full/complete.
We do welcome pick-up TTRPG games at the event!
We will have a "board" to post any games
that are LFP (Looking for Players).
These games will likely take place in an overflow space. Please contact us if you plan to run a pick-up game.
And as always, the Board Game Room will be open for any type of board/card/social deduction games you may bring along.
LARPs
3-4 hours, 5-25 players
Live-Action Roleplaying Games! Bring us your fun LARPs of various themes. This can also include published or boxed Murder Mystery style party games.
Table-top RPGs
3-4 hours, 4-7 players
D&D (1 through 5e 2024) or other systems welcome, run as one-shot adventures with pre-gen characters.
Board Games
1-4 hours, 4-20 players
We have a board game room for pick-up games, but folks have run a variety of things like organized Hearts tournaments, game demos, MtG hangouts, etc.
Social Games or Events
2-4 hours, 6-??? players
Werewolf, Blood on the Clocktower, Improv games with an audience, crafting or coloring circles, and other such things!
Game Slots
There are 5 game slots between Friday night and Sunday that you can request for your games.
(Note that folks may hang out after this time, but there will be no scheduled events on Sunday after 4pm.)

Game Spaces
Foyer - This will be where Registration takes place! Also small social events like a Newcomers Salon, and there will be a table/chairs for visiting or quiet pick-up games.
Ballroom - This is the Board Game Room. Here you'll find the snacks/water stations, a table with board games to borrow, and tables set up for pick-up games or hanging out. Scheduled Board Game Events are likely to run here.
Double Room - This will be used primarily for medium-sized LARPs (15-25-ish players, depending on set-up needs) and Social Events.
Game Suites - These are upstairs hotel suites in the hotel where TTRPGs and small salon-style LARPs may be run.
**Note that hotel Quiet Hours start at 10pm, so evening games run in these suites will need to be cautious of their volume level.
Breakfast Area - Outside of the hotel breakfast hours, we are able to use the tables in this space as needed. Its a great spot to sit and have your delivered meals, run a pick-up or overflow TableTop or Board Game, or just take a minute to relax. Other visitors in the hotel may also use this space while we are there.
