The year is 1933 and monsters roam the streets of Chicago. Not only the mobsters from the five families that run the city’s crime and corrupt politics, but also metahumans whose monstrous appearance often frightens the “normals” who see them.
In this world of magic and mayhem, the five families meet to discuss family business while the rest of the city prepares for the opening ceremonies of the Chicago World’s Faire.
