Standard Rooms
1 King Bed (these are limited in availability)
2 Double Beds
1 Queen Bed Suite w/ 2-person pull-out sofa

Fri/Sat Nights $105 +taxes/fees
Thurs/Mon Nights $85 +taxes/fees

All Standard rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave.
There are also a small number of Accessible Rooms
in 1-King or 2-Doubles for the same price.

Upgrade: Apartment Options
​
Apartments.
These have the beds in separate rooms with a door for privacy, a small kitchenette (including a full-sized fridge and microwave), and common area (with 2-person pull-out sofa).

ESNQ - One Queen Bed.
(we *may* have some of these available, but they are in high-demand at the hotel)
Fri/Sat Nights $139 + taxes/fees
Thurs/Mon Nights $115 + taxes/fees

ESNQQ - Two Queen Beds.
ESNQD - One Queen Bed, One Double Bed.

Fri/Sat Nights - $149 + taxes/fees

These apartments are great, but also very limited in number, and the hotel will not guarantee they will be available until check-in. If you would like to request an apartment upgrade, you will need to provide me an alternative Standard Room option/priorities. ​Apartment Upgrades will not be available for discussion until a week or two before check-in, but you may request these upgrades on your booking form. ​
Terms:

We cannot guarantee you any specific room type, but will do our very best to book you suitable accommodation based on your requests. Requests will be handled on a first-come first-served basis.

Cancellation:
​
By filling in the form, you agree to have the Wilmark Dynasty Council book a room on your behalf. You will need to pay in full at check-in. No-shows or late cancellations will be liable to a charge for Friday night's stay in full, payable to Wilmark Dynasty Inc.
Rooms are fully cancellable without charge through August 25th.

If you need to cancel after this time, please email Elyssia and she will try to help, but a one-night charge is likely to apply. Please specify if you are dropping out for covid-related reasons in your email.
