It is super important that you book through us whenever possible, as # of room nights is how we negotiate our convention rates.

All hotel bookings include breakfast (continental w/some hot options),
free parking, and free wi-fi.

What are your room options?

Standard Rooms

1 King Bed (these are limited in # and may no longer be available)

2 Double Beds

1 Queen Bed Suite w/ 2-person pull-out sofa

Fri/Sat Nights $105 +taxes/fees

Thurs/Mon Nights $85 +taxes/fees

All Standard rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave.

There are also Accessible Rooms in 1-King or 2-Doubles for the same price.

Upgrade: Apartment Options

Apartments.

These have the beds in separate rooms with a door for privacy, a small kitchenette (including a full-sized fridge and microwave), and common area (with 2-person pull-out sofa).

ESNQ - One Queen Bed.

Fri/Sat Nights $139 + taxes/fees

Thurs/Mon Nights $115 + taxes/fees

ESNQQ - Two Queen Beds.

ESNQD - One Queen Bed, One Double Bed.

Fri/Sat Nights - $149 + taxes/fees

Thurs/Mon Nights - $125 + taxes/fees

These apartments are great, but also very limited in number, and the hotel will not guarantee they will be available until check-in. If you would like to request an apartment upgrade, you will need to provide me an alternative Standard Room option/priorities. There are more of the ESNQs available than the types with 2 bedrooms, and as a bonus the ESNQs are all located in our block (immediately above the play space).

Cancellation:

Rooms are fully cancellable through April 21st. Please email Elyssia.

If you need to cancel after this time, please email Elyssia and she will try to help, but a one-night charge is likely to apply. Please specify if you are dropping out for covid-related reasons in your email.
